Aumi is a preventive health guidance app. When you pay ₹23 to unlock your full plan (or gift an unlock to someone else), here is our policy on refunds.
Since the unlock gives you immediate access to digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the payment is successfully processed and your account (or the gifted account) is unlocked. This is standard for one-time digital purchases where the content becomes available right away.
That said, if something went wrong on our end, such as a payment being deducted but your account not actually unlocking, or a technical error preventing you from accessing what you paid for, we will investigate promptly and issue a full refund if the fault was ours. Reach out to us within 7 days of the payment and we'll sort it out.
We do not run subscriptions. There are no recurring or automatic charges tied to your account. Every payment through Aumi is a one-time, clearly stated amount that you actively choose to make.
